Premium Lane LLC (“Premium Lane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Premium Lane app and website and provides luxury chauffeur and black-car transportation in South Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, password (stored only as a secure hash), account type (personal, corporate, or agency), company name, and language and notification preferences.
Booking and trip information: pickup and drop-off locations, dates and times, number of passengers, luggage, flight details, ride notes, and your ride history.
Location information: the pickup and drop-off addresses you enter and, only if you tap “use my location,” your device’s current location to fill in your pickup. Near your pickup time the app may show you your chauffeur’s live location.
Payment information: card payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card number. With your authorization we keep a secure token for a card on file and its last four digits so we can charge the fare and authorized post-ride adjustments.
Device and usage information: app interactions, push-notification token, device type, and basic log data used to operate and secure the service.
How we use your information
To provide, dispatch, and complete your rides; calculate pricing and quotes; process payments and issue receipts; and provide customer support.
To send you ride updates and notifications (for example, when your chauffeur is en route or has arrived).
To prevent fraud, enforce our terms, maintain safety and security, and comply with legal obligations.
To improve our service, and — only with your consent — to send marketing or promotional messages, which you can opt out of at any time.
How we share your information
With your chauffeur or assigned affiliate partner: the details needed to perform the ride, such as the passenger’s name, phone number, and pickup and drop-off.
With service providers who work on our behalf: Stripe (payment processing), Google Maps and Places (addresses, routing, and maps), our email provider (receipts and notifications), and our hosting provider. They may use the information only to provide their service to us.
For legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Premium Lane, our customers, or others.
In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.
Payment and card on file
When you provide a payment card, you authorize Premium Lane to charge it for your booked fare and for authorized post-ride adjustments, which may include wait time beyond the complimentary grace period, additional stops, tolls and parking, cleaning, damage, and similar charges described in our Terms of Service and at premiumlane.net/policies-and-fees.
Travel agent and corporate partners
If you apply to or participate in our Travel Agent Partner Program or use a corporate portal:
What we collect: your name, company, email, phone number, a hashed portal password, your application answers, your referral code, your commission rate and booking/commission history, and internal review notes.
Payouts and tax information: commission payouts are processed by Stripe. Your bank account details and tax identification information (such as the details on an IRS Form W-9) are collected and stored by Stripe on its own systems under its own privacy policy — Premium Lane does not receive or store your bank account or tax identification numbers; we store only your Stripe account identifier and a log of payouts sent. Stripe may generate required tax forms (such as a 1099-NEC) from this information.
Client information you submit: when a partner books on a client's behalf, the client's name, contact details, and trip details are collected to perform that ride, and are treated as customer information under the rest of this policy. Partners may use client information only to arrange the relevant bookings, as described in the Partner Agreement.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, we use a push token to send ride updates to your device. You can turn notifications off at any time in the app’s Account settings or in your device settings.
Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We protect your information with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and tokenized payments. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Your rights and choices
You may access, correct, or delete your account information, or request a copy of your data, by contacting us at the email below.
You can opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act or, where applicable, the EU/UK GDPR), including the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
Children
This app is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
